Game 13 21/7/09
Eight players and an oppositions Coach who offered to play eight a side was the best start we have had for a while. This was short lived with an impressive attack from the Sharks which we could not match.
The high note out of this game was the way the boys pulled together in defence and passed the ball between themselves.
Even though they lost they played together as a team today instead of individuals and we were all very proud of them
Bailey de Villers received the trophy today for great defence in the first half and keeping in the second half.

Game 12 14/7/07
With only seven players for the majority of the game the score line says it all. Most of the game was obviously spent in defence but they still managed to make a few breaks into the oppositions half which got the crowd cheering.
The encouraging thing about this team is when you ask them at the end of the game if they all had fun; they all give a big YES and continue to demolish a huge tub of oranges.
Christopher Rickard received the trophy today for tackling back and chasing the opposition down.

It was another close game where everyone put in a good effort in defense but we still lacked some strength in the forward line. Two quick goals in the second half zapped some of the enthusiasm but they still had fun.
Edwin Hosseini received the trophy today for great running and trying hard.

The boys had three early misses which would have changed the game as they were beaten by a goal against the run of play. In saying that, they are really enjoying themselves and improving each week.

Played well for the first 20-mins but got a bit tired in the 2nd half. Good effort overall
Ben Cah got the trophy this week for excellent tackling and some good clearing kicks down the sideline. Well done everybody!

Excellent playing again by the boys with the first breakthrough win of the season. Well done. 0-0 first half and 1-0 2nd half with a good team goal by Jack and great shot by Chris Rickard hitting to posts late in the 2nd half as well .
Ben Luker got the trophy this week for excellent tackling and making a number or runs down the sideline. Well done everybody!

Excellent playing again by the boys. We lost the first half 2-0, but we won the second half 1-0.
They held their positions well and tackled and chased hard again. Sam Martin got the trophy this week for being a bulldog in goals for the 2nd half. Well done everybody!

Had some good passing and a couple of chances
Excellent effort in defence by Daniel Rostirolla who as a result earned the trophy this week. Well done to Ben Cah for his first ever game of soccer.

3 boys playing for the first time and being one player short on the field and no subs playing a team that had at least 6 sub.
