A top win today over West Ryde Rovers 4 – 2. A bit of a slow start to the game on our part saw the opposition score their first goal in the first 5 minutes. After that shake up our boys really lifted their game starting with easily the best individual goal anyone has seen from Joshua. He skirted the ball around at least 6 of the opposition and scored! They came back at us with one more and the pressure was on. Nick scored one for us when we were awarded a penalty and then another with a great header, making it 3-2 at half time.
A great goal in the second half from Matt Pittman saw the game well and truly won with a very relieved stand-in coach.
