Game 2 - 21/4/07

Again another week with just a team of 11, however it was good to have Luke Sullivan, Adelle Frazer and Kristian Danckert back into the squad. A great start to the game saw us up by 2 goals and leading comfortably. However, a poor finish and some average marking up made us go to half time locked in at 2 all. The Second half started like the end of the first half and before too long Beecroft were up 3 goals to 2, we were in trouble and running out of time. A great pass and chip combination between Lochie and Nathanial saw Nathanial kick his third and sweetest of goals 20 metres out. This obviously spurred the rest of the team on which inspired Lochie to put the last goal and the win for the Day. Great defence by Zac Sheridan closed down many attacking raids by Beecroft.
